Shipping Schedule

Shipping is available year-round, except for chocolate during Spring and Summer months in Florida, due to high temperatures. Our aim is to ensure your basket arrives in perfect condition.

 

Processing Times

Orders are handcrafted and typically ship within 24-72 hours during regular business hours. Please note, processing times may be longer on weekends and holidays.

 

FedEx Shipping

We use FedEx for next day or 2-day delivery to ensure timely arrival. If you're unsatisfied with the basket's condition upon arrival, contact us at info@tinotdesigns.com.

 

FREE Delivery

Enjoy free local delivery for purchases of $99 or more within a 10-mile radius of zip code 33545. Delivery rates will be provided before checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not satisfied with your product purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the order date. Once we receive the item(s), a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Please note that outgoing and return shipping charges are not reimbursed unless due to a quality defect.

 

For Damaged Products

Notify us within 14 days if a product arrives damaged. We'll promptly send a replacement.

 

Perishable Items

We cannot offer a refund or store credit for perishable items marked as "undeliverable."

 

Cancelled Orders

Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Standard return policy applies after shipping.

 

Free Shipping Items

Shipping costs will be deducted for items sent with free shipping.

 

Substitution Policy

On rare occasions, purchased items may become unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value.
